Prints
What is the archival value of each paper type?
Both Lustre and Metallic papers have 100-year archival values – they will last a long time! What is the turnaround time on prints?
Prints ship within 24 hours of the receipt of order.

How large are the mats?
Our mats are 2" wide on all sides. What is the turnaround time on a framed print?
Framed prints ship within 2-3 days of the receipt of order. What type of glass is used?
All prints are framed with non-glare glass. What is the overall size of a framed print?
The overall framed print will be the print size plus the size of the mat (4" total) and the width of the frame. For example, an 8x12" print with a frame that is 2" in width will be 16x20" when finished.
Standouts
How do I hang a standout?
Standouts come with pre-drilled holes on the backside of the board for hanging with nails or screws. No additional hardware is needed. What is the turnaround time on a standout?
Standouts ship within 1-2 days of the receipt of order.

How are prints shipped?
All prints are shipped in flat, sturdy packaging. What shipping options are available?
Shipping is available via USPS for $10.00 and FedEx Next Business Day for $20.00. USPS shipping is not available for framed prints. FedEx shipping improves the likelihood that your glass will not be damaged in shipping. Do you ship internationally?
At this time shipping is only offered to Canada, via FedEx International for $40.00. How soon will I get my prints?
The time of delivery will vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
